Due to excessive "no shows" we have changed our policy, on the matter. Please see our "Policies" page for details.
Priority Pet Services is located in the heart of Hueytown, near Dairy Queen, and we presently offer grooming, Boarding, K-9 Obedience Training. Kelly Watson started the company in her home in 2017. She had a pick-up and drop-off service. Her standards were, and still are, very high. The basis of our company is the utmost care of our four legged customers.
Priority Pet Services staff tries to educate the parents of any health concerns, such as, but not limited to, ear and skin issues, hip or joint discomfort, etc..., displayed during grooming. We are not vets, but we alert parents of concerns we feel needs the parent's attention or a vet's attention. Also, we try to educate parents of the discomfort and dangers of matting and other hygiene issues. We sincerely have the pet's best interest at heart and want what is best for them.
Our staff puts your fur baby's needs first; in all we do. We treat them with the love and respect, they deserve. We are a free roam facility (*when permitted) and our pups and parents love it. At pick-up, their baby is wagging its tail and seems to be smiling from ear to ear. Often, dogs are pulling their parents IN the door, they are so ready to be with us. Unfortunately, not all pets love the grooming experience, and we try to comfort them, as best we can, during the service we are providing.
We listen to our clients. If you are ever dissatisfied with our services, please let us know. We always want to be the best we can be, but we are human, and we make mistakes. Sometimes, it is as simple as letting a different groomer groom your dog, next time. Each groomer has their own style and techniques, and you may not like it. So, request someone else. We keep records of our cuts and who groomed each pet. Unfortunately, there comes a time we cannot seem to get on the same page. There are certain things we will refuse to do; totally de-matting a dog is one of those things. Your business is very important to us, but if we ever come to an impasse, we hope we can part ways cordially and realize we just may not be meant for each other.
Check out our "Services" page to see everything we offer.
Meet our staff in the "About" page.
